Arielle Eden is a rising star straight from the heart of New York City. She specializes in pop-country music with a touch of unique storytelling and memorable melodies. Eden draws her vocal inspiration from LeAnn Rimes and a younger Taylor Swift. Currently, she is working within both New York and Nashville as she discovers her true sound.
Eden has been writing and working with several musicians and songwriters in both locations to create her latest single, “Signs and Signals.” The brand new release was co-written with producer Forest Glen Whitehead who has worked with numerous country stars. This single will be the title track for her upcoming EP, which is set to be released in the summer.
At the beginning of the song, Eden’s voice is completely angelic. She has a soft, soprano distinction shown in her range. "Signs and Signals" is overall is upbeat with hints of a light banjo and guitar ringing throughout the background. It feels like it's mean to be listened to during late-night drives in a small town.
The lyrics detail missing the signs of love that are right in front of you. It talks about how it can be difficult to distinguish what's good and bad in a relationship. Eden does an excellent job of describing the challenge of spotting signals as she sings the lines, “You were the one for me / Why couldn’t I just believe? / Why couldn’t I see it? / Signs and signals / Instead of tripping over the rhymes and riddles / Now heartbreak’s breaking on me."
