Carrie Underwood "Crazy Angels" Song Review
Carrie Underwood just released her newest song “Crazy Angels." This song is the latest pre-release track off of her upcoming album, Denim & Rhinestones which will be released on June 10th.
“Crazy Angels” is a country-rock song with an edge. It shows off Underwood’s strong
vocals with a full band backing her up. It features fiery feminine sass similar to Shania Twain’s iconic “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” in the sense that it's empowering and powerfully upbeat.
The lyrics are proudly sung, as she states, “Guess I'm one of those crazy angels / Tilted halo with a neon shine / Call me one of those crazy angels / Even good girls wanna have a good time / Heaven knows I'm flying low tonight."
Out of all of Underwood's tracks that precede the new LP, the one is by far the strongest. The instrumental is immediately catchy and Underwood doesn't hold back with her beautiful yet headstrong vocal performance. The electric guitar sounds also emphasize the message found in the songwriting and adds a noticeable rock flare.
