Chris Lane And Lauren Alaina "Dancin' In the Moonlight" Song Review
Chris Lane and Lauren Alaina have teamed up for a duet that is sure to shake up the radio. "Dancin' In The Moonlight" is inspired by the 1972 classic by the same name, but Lane and Alaina gave it a country twist.
Both Lane and Alaina have experienced no. 1 songs and success. Lane is probably most well known for hits such as "Fix," "I Don't Know About You," and "Big, Big, Plans." Having been signed to Big Loud as its first artist back in 2015, the singer continues to prove his popularity among fans. Alaina recently became a member of the Grand Ole Opry, the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. She's been featured on hit songs like "What If's" feat. Kane Brown and "One Beer" with HARDY and Devin Dawson.
The singer's found a way to make "Dancin' In The Moonlight" the perfect country-pop jam. With new lyrics written by Jesse Frasure, Sherman Kelly, and Brett Tyler, the song feels entirely new. As far as harmonies go, Lane and Alaina's vocals pair brilliantly.
The style of the song incorporates the '70s vibe that make it exciting to listen to. With lyrics that mention white claws and tailgates, it's still undeniably a country track. The song is about having fun and enjoying every moment with that special person. "Everybody knows where to go on a Friday night, where you can't see the city lights, everybody's dancin' in the moonlight." It would be no surprise at all to see this song on top of the charts this summer.
