Chris Lane “Fill Them Boots” Song Review

After amassing 1.2 billion streams and 3 #1 hits, Chris Lane is about to kick off a new chapter of his music with his new song release “Fill Them Boots.” Fans of Lane’s previous work will be sure to love this track as it channels the same catchy melodies and beachy vibes of his 2018 album Laps Around The Sun.

“Fill Them Boots” is written by Lane alongside Josh Miller, Ernest Keith Smith (ERNEST), and Mark Prussell, and produced by Joey Moi.

The song tells the story of finding a heartbroken girl at the bar and offering her a shoulder to cry on. While encouraging her to move on from the person who broke her heart, he explains he’s available as a distraction and enters the bridge by hoping to get her on the dancefloor. While the chorus is equal parts upbeat and catchy, the bridge is carefree and fun.

The production starts with a laid-back, breezy vibe and builds into a straight-up jam. It is the perfect formula to have you singing along before the song is over. “Fill Them Boots” is sure to be a feel-good summer anthem and the perfect addition to any moving on playlist.

Meanwhile, Lane is about to start a new chapter of his life with his wife, The Bachelor franchise alum, Lauren Lane (previously Lauren Bushnell), who is expected to have a baby boy very soon.
