Country Jam USA 2022 Day 3 Recap

The Nash News closed out the 2022 Country Jam USA festival with plenty of memorable experiences. Although there was rain on the forecast, that didn't stop attendees from having the time of their lives. Our team enjoyed filming fan content, interviewing the artist's, and catching amazing performances.

Rising star Ashley Cooke kicked off the final day with an impressive medley of covers that included Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and Shania Twain. Cooke also took time to mention her recent appearance on The Bachelorette. She performed her duet with Brett Young "Never Till Now" on the popular TV show, and the Eau Claire crowd approved.

Tracy Byrd was the next performer on the lineup. His song "Watermelon Crawl" ignited the audience through the rainy conditions. The singer also took fans on a trip down memory lane with throwback songs from the 90's. With his cowboy hat and guitar, the crowd couldn't get enough.

Our VP of Country Music Christina Bosch had the honor to step onto the Country Jam USA stage. Bosch introduced Chris Lane to the awaiting fans with a roar of enthusiasm.

Lane continued to bring the energy that the Country Jam USA fans were craving. He gave electric performances of hits like "Fix," "Take Back Home Girl," and "Big, Big, Plans." Lane also gave a rendition of the popular song "Let Me Love You" that Mario made famous. Towards the end of his set, Lane brought out his twin brother who joined him in serenading the audience.

Scotty McCreery performed as the sun was settling nicely over the crowd. The North Carolina native also has the current no. 1 song on country radio for "Damn Strait," which he sang for the eager audience. Before he started that song, McCreery told the story of watching George Strait perform and deciding he wanted to do the same for his career. He also sang past no. 1 songs including "You Time" and "This Is It."

Dustin Lynch brought every ounce of "Party Mode" to fans for the weekend's final performance. With his cowboy hat and smile, Lynch performed hit after hit. He brought out sombraro hats for three lucky audience members, along with tequila shots. His generosity didn't stop there. A helmet perfect for beer-chugging was given to a fan who looked elated to be on the jumbo screen. This was also an extra special performance given that Lynch was shooting the music video for his song "Stars Like Confetti." Confetti covered the audience which gave them a night they will never forget.
