1. Eagles Nest Rockin’ Country Bar

Located in Chesapeake, Eagles Nest Rockin' Country Bar is one of the hottest places to hear your favorite country artists. From live music to nightly dancing, this bar has it all. They even have Sally, the most untamed mechanical bull. Eagles Nest has been home to performers such as Thomas Rhett, Kelsea Ballerini, Chris Stapleton, and other big-name artists.

2. The Banque

Award-winning restaurant and nightclub, The Banque is highly praised for its country atmosphere. They offer line dancing lessons, ladies’ night Thursdays, and even karaoke on the weekends. Alan Jackson, Rascal Flatts, and Brooks and Dunn have all performed here back in the day. For a nightclub that has been open for nearly 50 years, it continues to keep rocking out.

3. Krossroads Rock and Country Bar

Since 1994, Krossroads has been a great place to watch the game and have a beer. They are known for their “crazy good bar food” and friendly staff. Make sure to go on the nights they offer karaoke or trivia, as they are known to be one of the best parts of Krossroads. It’s a great place to listen to some country rock music and have a beer with friends.

4. The Floyd Country Store

If you’re traveling through the town of Floyd, make sure to stop by The Floyd Country Store. This little country store is also a live music venue in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. This happening place offers unique events weekly, like Honky Tonk Thursdays and Friday Night Jamboree. To any lover of bluegrass music, make The Floyd Country Store a stop on your route.

5. Brackens Country Bar and Grill

Recently new to the Ivor area, Brackens Country Bar and Grill has yet to disappoint. They love to welcome rising country artists to perform at their spacious restaurant.
