Halle Kearns “Plans” Song Review

Rising artist Halle Kearns has a lot to celebrate this week, she was officially added into rotation on terrestrial radio and is releasing a brand new single called “Plans”, available everywhere now.

“Plans” follows her most recent project, an EP titled Finally which was released last December which reached number 5 in the U.K Country iTunes charts and number 7 in the U.S. and surpassed over 3 million streams on Spotify.

The sweet track chronicles a new love story over a simple acoustic guitar and Kearns’ voice carries the tale beautifully. Reminiscent of an early Kacey Musgraves, the rising artist captivates the listener from the first note and as the lyrics unfold, you fall in love with her sentiment of wanting to commit.

“You got me dreamin’ about, more than right now, it’s freaking me out, how head over heels I am / yeah you’ve got me making plans”
