Performers Announced for the 2023 CMT Music Awards

Country Music Television has revealed its star-studded lineup for the annual CMT Music Awards. The show will include veteran performers, rising stars, and fun collaboration moments.

Hosts Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown will take the stage; Brown will perform the world premiere of his track "Thank God" with his wife Katelyn Brown. Other performers include Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, Cody Johnson, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, and Carrie Underwood.
Other artists announced include Jelly Roll and Tyler Hubbard. The collaboration stages this year will include Wynonna Judd with Ashley McBryde and Darius Rucker with The Black Crowes.
CMT also revealed that Gwen Stefani will perform with country star Carly Pearce and Alanis Morissette will team up with Ingrid Andress, Morgan Wade, Lainey Wilson, and Madeline Edwards.
As always, the CMT Music Awards will highlight some of country music's brightest rising talents with the Ram Trucks Side Stage. Artists slated for the night include Avery Anna, Chapel Hart, Jackson Dean, Lily Rose, Megan Moroney, and Nate Smith.
The 2023 CMT Music Awards will take place on Sunday, April 2nd from The Moody Center in Austin, Texas. The show will be broadcasted at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and available to stream on Paramount+.
Shania Twain is also set to receive the CMT Equal Play Award which recognizes an artist who is a visible and vocal advocate for elevating diverse and underrepresented voices in country music.
