Shae Smolik "Hitcha" Song Review

Actress and recording artist Shae Smolik released her new single "Hitcha" over the weekend. Smolik also released the music video to accompany the track.

The 15 year-old from Iowa is no stranger to the public eye. She has starred in the film The Sandman alongside Haylie Duff, and the horror thriller D-Railed. Smolik has also gained quite the social media following on both Instagram and TikTok. She continues to prove that even at a young age, she has the work ethic to rival the more experienced pros.

"Hitcha" is a fiery track for the singer. The sass and style of the song gives Smolik an edge that hasn't been seen with her past releases. Smolik's voice has a unique sound that differentiates herself from the rest of the newcomer pack.

This track is revenge embroiled and speaks to feeling mistreated by the wrong guy. She sings, "I'm fighting fire with fire / I'm gonna lie to the liar / I caught you cheating, so you better get to getting / 'Cause i'm coming getcha, when i'm through / You won't even know what hitcha."
